Who to contact
The Logic Suite website is operated by Lloyd Godsall. For questions about your information or to make a data request, email contact@thelogicsuite.co.uk.
Information you provide
The form collects your name, email address, tool choice and message. These details are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss a demo or pilot and handle relevant follow-up. Providing them is optional, but we need a reply address to respond. Avoid sensitive personal information and confidential project details.
Why the information is used
Responding to business enquiries is part of our legitimate interest in discussing the tools and providing relevant support. Where you ask us to take steps towards an agreement, enquiry information may also be used for those requested steps. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
How the message reaches us
The website sends your enquiry through Resend to contact@thelogicsuite.co.uk, which Cloudflare forwards to our existing contact inbox. Your email address is included as Reply-To so Lloyd can respond. The form does not create a separate enquiry database on this website.
The site uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting, email delivery and the receiving mailbox can process technical information and service logs. Providers may process information in different countries under their applicable arrangements. See Resend privacy information and Cloudflare privacy information.
Technical information and cookies
The form uses an IP-based, temporary burst limit to reduce repeated submissions. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and request details to operate and secure the site. This website’s own code does not add advertising cookies, marketing pixels or visitor analytics scripts. Linked pilot applications and third-party services have their own arrangements.
Keeping enquiry information
Enquiry correspondence is kept while needed to answer your request and manage relevant follow-up. Any longer retention should be based on ongoing business needs, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. Delivery records and backups may follow provider retention settings. Contact Lloyd to ask about a particular enquiry or request deletion; deletion is not automatic when you close the form.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email the contact address above with your request. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
