PILOT WELCOME PACK

Your pilot, with a clear starting point.

Explore the workflow, agree how your team will use it and give practical feedback. This welcome pack helps you prepare for a pilot conversation; access and arrangements are agreed separately.

Guidance for getting started, not an access grant or a pilot agreement. Updated 11 October 2026.

01 · BEFORE YOU START

Agree the pilot around your work.

  1. Choose one workflow and explain the problem you want to explore. Start with a manageable example rather than a whole organisation rollout.
  2. Identify the people trying the tool, your pilot contact and the person responsible for reviewing any record or draft.
  3. Agree scope, access, duration, any charges and support arrangements with Lloyd before starting. These are not fixed by this pack.
  4. Discuss what data may be entered, who can access it, and the product-specific privacy, retention, export and deletion arrangements.
  5. Keep your existing working procedures and records available. Agree how the pilot record will be reviewed before relying on it.
Discuss a walkthrough or pilot →

02 · FIRST SESSION

Learn the workflow with a simple example.

  1. Use the access route agreed with Lloyd. Invitations or existing accounts may be needed; a website enquiry does not grant access.
  2. Start with fictional or non-sensitive example information while learning the interface. Check the workflow, review points and any available output.
  3. Look for missing or uncertain answers. Check that the record reflects what was entered and that its purpose and review status are clear.
  4. Discuss any intended real-project use with your responsible people and Lloyd before entering live project information.
  5. If something behaves unexpectedly, pause reliance on that output, retain the relevant record and raise it through the agreed support route.

Keep responsibility with people. The tools do not guarantee safety or compliance, assume dutyholder responsibilities or authorise work. Records and drafts require appropriate review.

03 · FEEDBACK & SUPPORT

Tell us what worked. Show us what needs attention.

Use these prompts to make feedback easier to investigate. Email is not an emergency or live site-control service.

Product support arrangements and any response expectations are discussed before your pilot starts.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Pilot FAQs.

Which products can I pilot?

CDMlogic has a pilot route and POWRAlogic is a protected pilot. Access may require an invitation or an existing account. RAMSlogic is in advanced development ahead of external pilot use. The wider suite remains in development.

How do I get access?

Start with the demo or pilot enquiry form, choose a tool and describe your team's workflow. Lloyd will reply to discuss the fit and the access route. Submitting the form does not create an account, book an appointment or guarantee a pilot place.

Is a pilot free, and how long does it last?

Any charges, duration, scope and exit arrangements are discussed before you start. This page does not announce a standard price, free trial, fixed pilot term or automatic renewal.

What should my team prepare?

Choose a focused workflow, nominate a pilot contact and reviewer, and prepare a fictional or non-sensitive example. Discuss user access, data handling and how you will assess the pilot before entering live information.

Can I use the outputs on a real project?

Real-project use needs to be agreed within the pilot scope and your organisation's arrangements. Check outputs against the actual task and information, with appropriate competent review. A draft or recorded assessment is not approval or permission to start work.

How will our data be handled?

The public website privacy notice covers website enquiries. Pilot applications may have separate arrangements. Before entering project information, confirm the relevant product notice, authorised access, storage, retention, export and deletion arrangements. Avoid sending confidential project details, sensitive personal information or passwords in a general enquiry.

What support is available?

Use contact@thelogicsuite.co.uk to discuss onboarding, walkthroughs and issues. Product support arrangements and any response expectations are agreed for the pilot. Email is not an emergency or live site-control service; use your organisation's arrangements for urgent matters.

How should we report a problem?

Tell us the tool and screen, what you expected, what happened and whether it can be repeated. Include approximate time, browser/device and the effect on your workflow. Remove confidential data and credentials from screenshots. Pause reliance on an unexpected output until it has been checked.

Does the software guarantee safety or compliance?

No. The tools support professional judgement and record keeping. They do not assume dutyholder responsibilities, replace task-specific assessment or organisational procedures, or authorise work. Decisions and responsibilities remain with the appropriate people.

What happens at the end of the pilot?

Review the feedback and workflow with Lloyd, then agree whether to continue, change scope or stop. Confirm what happens to access and records, including any available export and applicable retention or deletion arrangements. Continuing use is not promised by this pack.
